The CNCR has issued an offensive book on Roma culture and history. In this book, Martin Kovats states that "the Romani language is NOT the language of the Roma." Let's see WHO it was that made it possible to publicly make such an offensive claim. The Rrrroma movement's own icon, a half-metre-across picture of Nicolae Gheorghe, is enthroned at the headquarters of CNCR. Maybe the deceased Nicholas Gheorghe did not want this, but any system needs an example to base its (self-serving) doctrine on. And yes, the doctrine of Nicholas Gheorghe is a crime against Roma culture. And please forgive my impudence, but Nicholas Gheorghe is a kind of anti-Ienăchiţă Văcărescu. The latter left a bequest to the Romanian language, knowing that through language, every race retains its identity, and Nicolae Gheorghe accepted the idea that the Romani language did NOT belong to the Roma. Ignoring the writings of Kogalnitchan, who said that the Roma take pride in their language and identify themselves by it and with it. Nicolae Gheorghe plainly accepted, by presenting his article along with that of Martin Kovats, WITHOUT ANY ARGUMENT, that "the Romani language is NOT the language of the Roma", although he knew that the Roma say that "he who doesn't know the Romani language is not a Rom" (KON NA JEANEL ROMANI SHIB NAI ROM). Let's analyse why Martin Kovats said that:  
-- Nicolae Gheorghe invented the concept of POLITICAL identity based on the adoption (sublimating the identity!) of the name ROM. More briefly, voters. Whose voters? Any party that offers them soup, or a sausage and two eggs.  
Here is the point where the "RROMA" NGOist FOUNDERS recognise that the kashtale Țigani, not the authentic Roma, won, just as the main idea of any Roma NGO, by changing the name of Țigan:  
"NG: And? Who won: the Roma or the Țigani?" IR: "I think we actually present ourselves as Roma, we cannot present ourselves as Țigani, BECAUSE THE EMANCIPATION PROJECT IS FOR THE ROMA, THE EMANCIPATION PROJECT IS NOT FOR THE ȚIGANI." NG: "Whose emancipation project? Who is the political actor who fronts the project?" IR: "Roma activists" NG: "Who are Țigani. The majority come from among the Țigani, not from among the traditional Roma "tribes". IR: "We define ourselves as Roma, we re-brand ourseles as Roma." NG: "That's what I mean, but they are not necessarily recognised as "legitimate" Roma. " (ROM or ȚIGAN, The Dilemmas of an Ethnonym in Romanian Space, Publishing House of the Institute for Studying the Problems of National Minorities, Cluj-Napoca, 2012, page 334).  
What was it based on? On the fact that in the Romanian lands it has been forgotten that under the name of Țigan there were 10 different ethnicities, from the viewpoint of geographical origin: Athinganoi / Greek heretics, Egyptians (a), Gavaons, Syrians (b), Rudari, Armenians (x), Africans (c), Tatars, Russians (d), Turks, Roma and even Romanians. All of these were called Țigani because they were migrants, either heretics or dark-skinned, or called Țigani because they were taken into slavery. So we have three reasons why foreigners were called Țigani: heresy, skin pigmentation, or migration.  
The fact that besides the Roma there were other tribes who were designated Țigani was almost completely forgotten. I am the first Rom in the modern history of the Roma to rediscover these things, for I am the only Rom who reads.  
All Țigani who do not know any language but Romanian CLEARLY say that they are not “Gypsies” beacuse they do not know “Gypsy language”. That proves to be the REVERSE of Romani custom, which states that "anyone who does not know Romani is not Roma." And in practice, those who do not know Romani invoke the power of Romani custom to assert a different identity than Roma for themselves, because non-Romani-speaking Țigani simply don't imagine that, aside from Roma, other ethnicities were made Țigani. As such, non-Romani-speaking Țigani recognise the power of the customs of Romani-speaking Roma. So somehow, these descendants of the old Țigani know that they are not Roma. In truth, only 550,000 people speak the Romani language in Romania. The rest of the Țigani, about 2 million, do not speak Romani. Probably some have forgotten it because of Maria Teresa's bans, and others have simply chosen to stop speaking the language. No longer speaking Romani, they no longer have the AWARENESS of the Roma identity. They even claim that no other language has ever been spoken by their ancestors. If Romania's history clearly states that not only Roma, but also 10 other races were Țigani, then WHERE are their descendants? In the great mass of over 2 million Țigani who no longer know their languages, which could be anything from Greek, Syrian, Ethiopian to Slavic dialects.  
The proverb applies in equal measure to Roma, and to non-Roma who have FRAUDULENTLY, though in some cases unknowingly so, assumed Romani identity. Can you imagine what it meant for only 500,000 people to be Roma? THERE WERE NOT MANY VOTERS. NOR DID THE EU SEND MANY HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF EUROS TO ROMA NGOs LED BY NON-ROMA. It is no secret that no NGOs are led by native speaking Roma. NONE OF THE ROMANI CULTURAL SECTOR IS LED BY GENUINE ROMA. Nicolae Gheorghe said it explicitly. All this would not have been possible if Nicholae Gheorghe had not had the demonic genius to declare all the Țigani to be Roma! Now you ask me, did the philosophy graduate Nicolae Gheorghe really not know that he was not Rom? Of course he knew it, and he even made it clear. He said "I WANT TO DIE A ȚIGAN, because I'm not a Rom!". But he acknowledged it because he was baptized, penitent, by the self-proclaimed “king” Cioabă. So, for fear of the Supreme Judge, Jesus Christ, Mr. Nicholae Gheorghe made a public confession. With these words, "I do not want to die a Rom, but a Țigan", he dissolved the system he created. That's that, I made it, I'll kill it! We hope in vain that the fake-Roma NGOists will repent, and like their master, Nicolae Gheorghe, publicly admit that they are not Roma, but descendants of other ethnicities generally called Țigani. God will punish the children who stole the Roma's name, language and the money sent to them by the EU with terrible diseases. Some of the NGOists already feel the punishing power of Jesus in their lives! Why are you punished? Because you are guilty of all the thefts and crimes committed by the Roma who steal in the EU, because you stole their name, culture, language and money. You, NGOists, fake Roma, you are to blame for the name of Romania being mocked in the EU. The rule of success in NGOs is to not know the Romani language and to not be a Rom, but to be a Țigan who feels insincerely that he's a Rom. P(r)ost-modernist customs!  
At the time when Nicolae Gheorghe ACCEPTED the idea of Martin Kovats, that the Romani language did not belong to the Roma, he did not have the courage to acknowledge that a genocide of culture and identity had taken place because of him. It was he who created the system of doctrine that allows a Chinese person to declare themselves Roma in Romania.  
Nicholae Gheorghe, a scholar of philosophy, knew that a nation was defined on the basis of a common culture. In the case of the Roma, the cultural sign of their ethnicity is the Romani language. And do you judge that a Romanian emigrant in Japan does not retain their identity, on the basis of language? Similarly and instinctively, the Roma assert their origin on the basis of the Romani language.  
But the non-Roma have invented a NEO-CUSTOM, which is that YOU ARE ROM IF YOU 'SENSE' YOU ARE ROM. When a Rom complains that someone isn't Roma because they cannot prove it by language, their reply is SIMILARITY OF ETHNICITY. No one can describe their DNA or RNA. You can't SENSE that you are a Rom without PROOF. And proof that YOU ARE ROM is Romani language learned at home. ON THE OTHER HAND, IF A NATIVE ROM DOES NOT SENSE HE'S ROM, HE IS NOT A ROM. That follows the principles of feelings made up by the Țigani that steal our identity.  
A worse insult against the Roma really could not be written. Martin Kovats wrote in the collected volume where Nicolae Gheorghe also has an article, that "the Romani language is NOT the language of the Roma" (page 129). The hallucinatory argument given by Martin Kovats at this "minimum maximum" of ignorance and insensitivity is the fact that the Romani language has many dialects, so that the number of native speakers is unknown. Moreover, Martin Kovats brings in a proof attributed to the linguist Yaron Matras: "Apart from very small children, the rest are not monolingual speakers of Romani language, and ethnic Roma invariably speak at least one majority language". Thus, languages in general, and Romani in particular, cannot offer a basis for identifying Roma in the political discourse. " ("From victimisation to citizen consciousness: the way to integrate the Roma", pages 129-130)  
The argument is a schizophrenic one. From whom do small children learn language? And if the Roma speak another language besides Romani, what is this argument to reduce them to nonexistence and to negate the canon by which the Roma have defined being Roma for more than 2500 years, namely, from India? Basically, Martin Kovats, through this statement DECLARES NULL AND VOID the custom on the Romani language. There are languages with 3 speakers, the last ones, but nevertheless, linguists are making serious efforts to save the language from death, because it is a treasure of universal culture.  
According to Roma lawyer Nicolae Bobu, the custom has JUDICIAL value. He even wrote this in the title of the book "Judicial Custom, Peace Judgment of the Roma". This book by the Rom, Nicoale Bobu, is the legal basis of the indictment from which the PERMANENT KRIS of the Roma killed because they were speaking their language declares as NULL AND DEVOID OF LEGAL POWER the shameless statement whose purpose is DESTRUCTION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF DETERMINING IDENTITY BY ROMANI CUSTOMS, "he who does not know the Romani language from home is not Roma". The hidden purpose of Martin Kovats's article is actually the destruction of the Power of the Custom of Language. Once this counter-definition of a Rom with an assumed political, rather than ethnic, identity was written, the value of the custom BECAME nullified, through his WRITING, and his SPEAKING. The basis WAS the fact that it was not known that apart from the Roma, there were other ethnicities declared to be Țigani. But now, the principle of 'SENSE' invoked by the Țigani aspiring to political power given by the name ROM is NULL. The principle of 'SENSE' is based on NON-SENSE!  
Martin Kovats titles the article "Integration and politicization of Roma identity". In this article, he declares that the Romani language does NOT belong to the Roma. Why? The answer is precisely based on the political doctrine developed by Nicolae Gheorghe, according to which anyone who 'FEELS' that he is a Rom, is automatically a Rom. Maybe a Chinese person can go to a Rrroma NGO, and get himself officially proved to be a Rrrom. Maybe he can go to the public notary and on his own cognizance be declared a Rrrom. Then, of course, he becomes head of an NGO or party.  
Why does the CNCR issue a book stating that the Romani language does not belong to the Roma? The National Council of Romani Culture, that's what the acronym CNCR translates into! Because the CNCR doesn't know WHAT Romani culture IS!  
But Nicholae Gheorghe and Martin Kovats know that they invented a new people, that of the new Rrroma, whose language is that of a pig given as an electoral handout, whose culture is trickery and whose music is the Gypsy manele.  
And yes, the Romani language no longer belongs to the Roma, but has been "taken" with the power of the Doctorate of Gheorghe Sarău, Marcel Courthiade, Yaron Matras and all the other Romanian teachers of the Romani language from the department of Rrromani Studies at the University of Bucharest.  
The Roma have had their identity stolen to serve politics, and their language has been stolen to serve Romanians eager for university careers. In the past, the Roma were enslaved bodily by the Romanians; and now their most important spiritual heritage is stolen and enslaved, and above all, they are told that the Romani language is no longer theirs by Nicholae Gheorghe and Martin Kovats. The Țigani stole both the identity and the culture of the Roma.  
The book issued by the CNCR is an insult to Roma culture, a denial of the existence of the Roma ethnicity, a denial of the history of the Roma, a denial of the history of Sacred India, the Mother of the Roma. On this occasion, based on the book by the lawyer Nicolae Bobu, we declare in the presence of the Permanent Kris that the Mother of the Romani language is India -- Bhaarat. We declare null the offensive titles of "Fathers of the Romani Language" assumed by Gheorghe Sarău and Marcel Courthiade. The Permanent Kris of the Roma declares MAHRIME – defiled -- those who claim that any GAJE are the parents of the Romani language.  
I, Cîrpaci Marian Nuţu, was declared KRISINITOR by the Corbean tribe-leader Damian of Videle 15 years ago. Thus, the investiture requirement being fulfilled, I declare on the basis of Nicolae Bobu's book that the Romani language belongs to the Roma, and that the tradition which affirms that he who does not know the Romani language from home is not a Rom is VALID.

They have also bought a lot of black slaves, which they commonly call Arab! Arab! Therefore, they believe that all the people of our country are black slaves, or grooms; That's why they look at us with contempt, but when we got together, and they saw the Patriarch, our style and ceremonies, and they noticed our elegant reading in Greek, they were very astonished."

Bogdan Petriceicu Haşdeu, Etimologicum Magnum Romania, vol. 2, pag 1696, 1700, 1701, 1702:  
The X-name "Armeanca" (Armenian) was given to female Gypsies in the Romanian Lands, a fact confirmed by Haşdeu in Etimologicum Magnum Romaniae. In this case, we can consider that the Armenian Lom were also enslaved and called ȚIGĂNIE in the Romanian Lands. Haşdeu says that in the 13th century a colony of Armenians founded the town of Argeş. All Haşdeu quoted Pravila de Govora (1640) in which Orthodox Christians are forbidden from eating with the Armenians who are wicked (anathematized). B.P. Haşdeu confesses that the name of Armenian was often given to Gypsy women. The reasoning was that the Armenians were heretics from the Orthodox viewpoint, and so it was appropriate for a Gypsy to be called an Armenian, because, the Athinganoi were the heretics of Byzantium – right? In 1740 in the cathedral of Căldăruşani monastery among the Gypsy slaves was mentioned an "Armeanca with two grandchildren". The persecutions against the Armenians in the Romanian Lands are mentioned in the same work of Haşdeu. And now many Roma women are called Armeeanca.
